BANQUET MENU

All banquet menus are served with our fresh housemade foccacia bread. Banquet menus apply only for parties of 20 or more. All prices include 12.5% tax.15% Gratuity not included Prices in Belize Dollars.

 

Below are our 4 banquet menus. For groups of 20 or more, banquet menus help the kitchen to be prepared by narrowing down the choices from the full menu.

 

If none of these is exactly what you want, let us know, and we’d be happy to work with you to create your ideal menu.

 

If you’d prefer to do 2 courses instead of 3, or if you’d prefer to do 4 courses instead of 3, we can do that.

 

Another option is to do shared appetizers and individual entrees and desserts. With shared appetizers, you can choose two or three appetizers to be served family style. Usually people choose to serve one appetizer for every two guests, and this lowers the price by around $8-$10 bze per person.

 

When planning an event, please let us know how you’d like to handle drinks as well.

 

 

BRONZE MENU – $72.00

 

Appetizers (choice of one appetizer)

  • Fresh Garden Salad with mixed vegetables and a sesame-soy dressing

  • Crispy Chinese-style Pot Sticker served with a Thai chili garlic sauce

 

Entrees (choice of one entree)

  • Grilled Local Snapper with a Hawaiian inspired sesame butter sauce, steamed rice,and wok vegetables

Or

  • Corkscrew Pasta tossed with sautéed chicken, fresh tomatoes, and a basil pesto cream sauce

Or

  • Teriyaki Chicken Breast with Asian cut vegetables and steamed rice

 

Dessert

  • Key Lime Pie

 

SILVER MENU – $78.00

 

Appetizers (choice of one appetizer)

  • Mixed Greens with garden vegetables tossed with a charred tomato balsamic vinaigrette

Or

  • Crispy Shrimp and Vegetable Egg Rolls served with a Thai chili garlic sauce

 

Entrees (choice of one entree)

  • Breaded Pan-Seared Grouper with a papaya-red onion salsa and sweet potato cakes and grilled vegetables

Or

  • Grilled Local Shrimp drizzled with a habanero-pineapple sauce, served with wok vegetables and steamed rice

Or

  • Thin Sliced Pork Loin seared with garlic, spring onions, fried rice noodles and a dark soy and ginger sauce

Dessert

  • Grilled Pineapple sprinkled with cinnamon and served with homemade coconut ice cream and a caramel-rum sauce

 

 


GOLD MENU – $84.00

 

Appetizers (choice of one appetizer)

  • Thai Chicken Summer Rolls chicken, lettuce, noodles, carrots, cucumber, mint, and cilantro, wrapped in rice paper, and served with a ginger-soy dipping sauce

  • Crisp Romaine Lettuce tossed with herbed croutons and a blue cheese dressing

 

Entrees (choice of one entree)

  • Grilled Tilapia Fillet topped with a Cajun spiced shrimp & sherry cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini

Or

  • Angel Hair Pasta with Sautéed Lobster (when in season), shrimp, and snapper in a tomato, garlic and sweet basil white wine sauce

Or

  • Seared Black Pepper Pork Loin with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables served with mushroom pan gravy

  • Warm Apple Crisp with vanilla ice cream 

 

PLATINUM MENU – $95.00

 

Appetizers (choice of one appetizer)

  • Crispy Coconut Shrimp with a sweet n spicy black bean sauce

Or

  • Baby Lettuces tossed with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese and a French herb vinaigrette

 

Entrees (choice of one entree)

  • Black Bean Inland Snook with steamed rice, wok fried vegetables and a caramelized banana curry sauce

Or

  • Grilled Lobster Tail (Jul 15 - Feb 14)  drizzled with a garlic butter sauce, and served with mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini

Or

  • Mixed Grill of Shrimp and Snapper (Feb 15 - Jul 14) with a citrus habanero sauce served with mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini

Or

  • Boneless Chicken Breast stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, smoked ham, sweet basil, and feta cheese served with pesto whipped potatoes and an artichoke, tomato and roasted garlic chardonnay reduction
