Welcome to the website of the Blue Water Grill on Ambergris Caye, Belize. Our restaurant is located on the beachfront in the heart of San Pedro at the SunBreeze Hotel.

The Blue Water Grill serves a unique blend of island-style cuisine in an open-air setting overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Our restaurant is open daily for Breakfast from 7am - 10:30am, for Lunch from 11:30am - 2:30pm, and for Dinner from 6pm - 9:30pm. Our Bar is open from 11am - 10pm. Reservations are recommended for Dinner.

The Blue Water Grill is also available for Special Events such as weddings, rehearsel dinners, and private parties.
